Cliff VanGuilder is a licensed professional engineer with over 40 years of experience. Including 30 years of environmental engineering at NYSDEC. He has a Bachelor’s and Master's in Civil Engineering as well as a Master's in Environmental Engineering all from the renowned Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). Cliff is an Internationally published author, completing two college textbooks, Hazardous Waste Management, an Introduction and Environmental Audits. In addition to writing books, he has spent the last ten years founding and managing two companies, VanGuilder Engineering and Arch Environmental. Cliff is an active contributor and mentor, conducting home inspections, environmental compliance inspections, overseeing construction, and performing environmental and civil design. Cliff has also served as an expert witness on engineering enforcement cases, specializing in hazardous waste, pesticides, and solid waste.
